Is TCCS's programs licensed & certified? Yes, our facility is a licensed DUI School provider and Non-Residential Substance Abuse Treatment facility and audited annually by the Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse. TCCS is certified Batterers' Intervention Program & Anger Management. BIP is certified by TN Coalition to End Domestic and Sexual Violence.
Is TCCS's programs court approved? Yes, we have worked with Hamilton County Courts & surrounding courts for more than 20 years. TCCS court liaisons are in Hamilton County sessions court daily. Also work with Collegedale, East Ridge, Soddy-Daisy, Bradley County courts. TCCS works directly with Dekalb County Court Referrals in Alabama and Ringgold, Trenton, Dalton, GA Probation offices.
Does TCCS work with probation & paroles? Yes, we work closely with all our surrounding area probation & parole offices including counties in North Georgia.
Does TCCS work with DCS/CPS cases? Yes, we work with closely with Hamilton County DCS/CPS & some surrounding counties to help reunite families.
Does Georgia DDS accept TCCS programs? Yes, TCCS has been an out of state approved service provider since 2003.
Does TCCS offer a 12 or 13 week Batterer's Intervention Program? No! The BIP is a 26 week or 52 week program! However, if you have been asked to complete a lesser number of weeks you will not receive a certificate instead will be given a letter stating that number of weeks completed.
Does TCCS give refunds? No refunds! However, in some cases your fees are not completely forfeited, TCCS will allow you to pay a reschedule fee and reschedule your class.
