Since 2003, TCCS and DUI School has provided successful treatment services for substance abuse in the Chattanooga, TN area. We offer a large selection of classes to help educate and provide information on substance abuse.

Two Programs for Substance Abuse

• Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is held Monday-Thursday from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm
• Spanish Outpatient class is held Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm
  

A sliding scale cash pay option is accepted.

Medication-Assisted Treatment Services

With admission, an assessment will determine the level of therapy required. For our Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) Suboxone, we accept cash pay of $350 for your initial visit and $250 per month afterwards.

We are accepting all TENNCARE Medicaid Insurance, Bluecare, Amerigroup (Wellpoint), and United Healthcare Plans for Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), partial hospitalization program (PHP), and medically assisted treatment (MAT). MAT may be combined with IOP. (Cash prices do not include IOP cost).

TB Policy

Updated TB policy as of 12/16/2021 - TB tests are required if you have experienced the following symptoms in the last 12 months:

• Cough lasting three weeks or longer
• Chest pain
• Difficulty breathing
• Coughing up blood
• Night sweats

If you have tested positive, please bring proof of treatment or chest X-ray films taken in the last 12 months.
